Last orders
We kindly ask that all guests have left the ground by 5:00pm.
The main car park at the stadium is available for all teams, and friends & family, free of charge.
We ask that all players arrive by 9:30am for registration.
Head into main reception and give the name of your team (i.e. the business name), Each player will be given a wristband which entitles you to free food and refreshments (not including the paid bar).
All teams will be directed upstairs to one of our large hospitality suites for complimentary breakfast.
Spectators are able to support their teams from the East Stand and must not enter the field of play.
Wristbands can be purchased if any spectators wish to enjoy the food on offer.
Fixtures will be printed and available to view in both hospitality suites.
The live group tables will be available to all players and spectators in our Director’s Lounge.
No football boots to be worn inside
Food & Drink
Both the Carol Embrey Suite and Black & White Suite will be open all day. Both include a paid bar open from 12pm.
Cloakroom
The Wotton Suite will be available for any players that wish to store their valuables, however items are left at the owners risk.
Toilets
Women’s facilities are located near the Carol Embrey Suite, Men’s facilities are located centrally. An accessible toilet is also available next to the men’s.
Changing facilities
We do not have dedicated space for getting changed, players are advised to use the toilet cubicles where neccessary.
If there are any particular concerns please speak to a member of staff and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
Medical procedure
Please report any medical issues to the nearest member of staff. Including medical emergencies or general information.

GROUP GAMES KNOCKOUTS
11.00am-2.00pm 2:15pm-3.30pm LUNCH 12.30pm-2.30pm
• Each team may consist of a maximum of 10 players with the whole squad being able to take part in each fixture.
• Teams must field 6 players per match one of which will be a goalkeeper
• Substitutions can be made at any time when the ball is out of play during the match, however the referee must be informed when a change is made.
• All players must wear shin guards and football boots during the matches
• The wearing of any form of jewellery is not permitted during play
• In the event of a kit colour clash, the ‘away’ team is required to wear bibs.
• Each match will consist of 5 minutes each way
• All normal laws of football will apply except the following
• No offside rules will apply
• All free kicks will be direct
• All sideline restarts will be kick-ins NOT throw-ins
• The away team always kicks off the first half of each match
• All decisions taken during each match the decision of the Referee will be final
• All decisions regarding the tournament, progression to Quarter Finals or Runners up, will be made by the Tournament Organiser and will be final.
• Each match will be refereed by our FGR Academy Scholars and their decision on any incident is final
• Any instances of dissent or unsportsmanlike behaviour will result in the player being sent off
• Any violent conduct, foul or abusive language from any individuals will result in termination from the tournament and premises
• We reserve the right to remove any team from the tournament where multiple players from the same team have repeatedly breached tournament rules.
• 3 points will be awarded to the winning team; 1 point awarded to both teams in the event of a draw; and 0 points will be awarded for the losing team
• Where teams finish equal on points in the group stages the following will be used to decide final positions -
• Team with highest goal difference
• Team with the most goals scored
• Team with the least goals conceded
• Head-to-Head result
• In the event of all the above being equal the teams will take part in a best of three penalty shootout followed by sudden death if level after three penalties each
• The top two teams in each group will progress to the Quarter Finals
• The team in 1st place from each group will progress to the ‘Trophy’ knockout competition
• The 2nd placed team in each group will progress to the ‘Shield’ knockout competition.
• If at the end of normal time the match is a draw, penalties will be taken by the five outfield players on the pitch at the time of the final whistle
• If more penalties are required, the goalkeeper must be used 6th with the four subs used afterwards.
