Your support enhances the hallmarks of the Foote experience and inspires the next generation to change the world.
Since its humble beginnings in 1916, The Foote School has cherished its enthusiastic, supportive community.
We consider our families, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends as partners in our promise to deliver the best possible experience to our students.
Each gift, no matter the size, makes a difference to our small community.
Like all independent schools, tuition at Foote does not cover the full cost of providing an exceptional education. Gifts to the Foote Fund support tuition assistance, faculty growth and development, and student health and well-being. Most importantly, it helps us maintain a strong educational foundation for our K–9 students, and provide the resources they need to thrive.
We invite you to join our culture of philanthropy.
Your generosity helps us not only sustain but enhance the academics, arts, athletics, and traditions that are hallmarks of The Foote School experience.
We are committed to providing financial aid to families who could not otherwise afford tuition.
Last year we provided $2.6M in financial aid to new and returning families, including supplementing transportation, field trips, and extracurricular activities. Our ability to provide financial aid only serves to strengthen our diverse, inclusive community and enhances our students’ depth of experience.
Gifts to The Foote Fund support signature programs, like outdoor education and sustainability.
Initiatives within our outdoor education, sustainability, and service learning programs supplement a rich academic curriculum that provides Foote students with the skills and the vision to create their own path forward. They encourage our students to gain confidence, test their limits, and define leadership on their own terms.
