Giovanni has been an athlete most of his life.
He has been weight training for 30 plus years and playing baseball, hockey and running track, so he knows his sports nutrition, focusing on competition.
Giovanni has rounded out his knowledge by taking courses in physiology and sports nutrition to feed his passion for sports fitness.
He loves to update his knowledge and push the envelope, so if you have a question about sports nutrition, ask Giovanni and he will help you choose the right product for your needs.

Kathryn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Foodsmiths. Early in her life Kathryn experienced several health challenges which set her on a path of research and refinement of selftreatment, as well as seeking out professional training in a number of health care areas.
Kathryn has naturally gravitated to work in the natural health industry. She has a background in holistic nutrition and community herbalism; and has spent the last 5 years training as a Somatic Therapist.
Kathryn is especially interested in nervous system disorders, adrenal fatigue, ME/CFS, mold sickness, lyme disease, post viral syndrome and other complex health conditions.
