HOW MANY DO I NEED TO ORDER FOR A PRIVATE LABEL? We want you to get started selling your own brand quickly, easily and without having to pay a large upfront cost. • For human supplements, we offer a low private label minimum of 36 units per product. • For animal supplements, contact your sales representative for minimums. • If you need colored bottles or custom sizes, the minimum is only 144 units. Day Packs: You can combine up to 8 capsules/tablets (up to 6 different products) from the many products that our human division offers into one convenient pack. The size of each container will depend on the products and quantity of products you select. These custom packs are convenient and complete, which makes supplementation easier for your patient or customer. (Minimum order of 25,000 packets.)

Stock Bottles Bottles are available in several sizes and colors, and in two materials, HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) or PET (Polyethylene terephthalate).
White HDPE is the most common private label bottle. Most formulas and stock products will be quoted in this bottle type unless you specify otherwise. We offer white, matte finish HDPE in sizes ranging from 75cc to 950cc.
PET has a different visual appeal; it looks more like glass and can be slightly more expensive.

HOW DOES CUSTOM FORMULATING WORK? • You provide us with specific forms and potencies for your new formula. We can advise on
absorption, bioavailability, use and safety considerations for nutrients to help create a
formulation that meets your specific needs.

We provide extensive support for all varieties of regulatory documentation, specialized testing and other export requirements.

HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP? As a new customer, you’ll discuss your formulating needs with your account representative. This process usually requires an added lead time investment. Our goal is to provide only the highest quality ingredients at the right values for your formula to succeed. Once you place your first order and the approval process is complete, shipping can take 10 to 12 weeks (16 weeks for liquids, 20 weeks for gels and 20 weeks for softgels). Each subsequent order should take 8 to 10 weeks (14 weeks for liquids, 18 weeks for gels and 18 weeks for softgels). Your account representative will work with you to stay on track with your orders, so you don’t miss any opportunities to help your clients and advance your brand.
WHAT METHOD WILL YOU USE TO SHIP MY ORDER? Our shipping method is either UPS or Fedex® Truck depending on the weight of your shipment. Once your custom formula ships, a freight bill will follow. If you prefer to use your own account with a carrier such as UPS or FedEx®, simply provide your account number and it can be billed at the time of shipment. If you would like another carrier used, this can be discussed with your account representative.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? We accept credit cards and prepaid check. We also offer Net 30 terms (credit application approval required) for our customers who have interest in that form of payment. Custom formulas require a non-refundable 50% down payment at the time of order with the balance due at the time of shipment.
