BOKA RESTAURANT GROUP CONTINUES EXPANSION

Boka Restaurant Group was founded by Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm in 2002 and has become one of the premier chef-driven restaurant groups in the country. Swift & Sons opened in 2015. The team of Boka Restaurant Group, B Hospitality, Executive Chef Chris Pandel, and world renowned designers Avroko, have created Swift and Sons, a place that not only elevates what has already been done, but evolves the American Steak House for the modern diner. Swift & Sons was named as the #1 Steakhouse in Chicago by Time Out Chicago. It garnered a 3 star review from the Chicago Tribune, with the tagline, “Best Beef Wellington. Ever.” Swift & Sons also won the category of ‘Best Upscale Restaurant’ at the 2016 Hospitality Design awards. GT Prime opened in September 2016 and has been quickly met with critical acclaim, most recently garnering a 3 star review from the Chicago Tribune and a 3.5 star review from Red Eye Chicago. With an emphasis on sourcing from local farms and cuisine highlighted by seasonal ingredients, Executive Chef/Partner Giuseppe Tentori has curated a meat-centric menu indicative of his signature sharable plates at sister restaurant, GT Fish & Oyster. Designed by Karen Herold of Studio K, the motif of a modern day fairy tale inspires the refined main dining space, and carries into the private dining room on the second level. In addition to GT Prime and GT Fish & Oyster, Tentori is the executive chef of BOKA Catering Group, which provides restaurant quality service and cuisine to a variety of both social and corporate events.
