Tactical Medical Operator

Tactical Medical Operator is a 5-day, 48 hour; hands on intensive program which will address current issues faced by both law enforcement and emergency medical services in the tactical environment. In addition, the expanding role of law enforcement in combating terrorism after 9/11 has put those on the front lines into more potentially explosive and dangerous situations. The program will provide an introduction to the philosophy behind tactical operational medical support and highlight the efforts of the EMT’s, paramedics, doctors, and military medics that are pioneering this developing field within emergency medicine.
