Click on “WebAdvisor” at the top of the page and then “Continue to WebAdvisor” and follow the enrollment instructions. When using WebAdvisor you must pay at the time of registration to complete your enrollment.

Pre-registration is a necessity! Because space may be limited for some classes, advanced registration is required for all continuing education courses with the exception of Basic Skills. All continuing education classes provided are subject to change due to specific circumstances. Low enrollment may result in class cancellation. All pre-registered students will be notified in advance of any changes to classes. If you are not pre-registered, you may not receive notice of changes. Students must register at least FIVE CALENDAR DAYS prior to the class start date.

In 1993 the NC Legislature enacted a law that requires anyone, including senior citizens, who takes the same occupational extension course more than twice within a five-year period to pay an additional cost of $6.41-$7.12 per scheduled hour.

After you Register

You are exempt from this policy if you are required by law to have certification/licensure.

By Mail - You may register by mail using the Continuing Education Registration Form found on page 2. Complete the form and mail it in with your check or money order to the address shown on the form. A Dual Enrollment Form can be found on the website at http://www.johnstoncc. edu/pdfs/concurrentenrollmentform.pdf. Under the current law, North Carolina does not allow students under the age of 16 to register for continuing education courses, with the exception of self-supporting community service courses that may be offered in the summer.
