Ocean One
Built in 2005 by F&F Properties, this 55-storey residential tower in Costa del Este was a beacon of an era to come for Panamanian construction. Construido en el 2005 por F&F Properties, esta torre residencial de 55 pisos en Costa del Este fue el pionero de una era que se avecinaba en la construcción en Panamá.

Trump Ocean Club
Developed by K Group, the "TOC" broke financing, square meter and height records for Latin America with this, the first Trump project outside the USA. Its hotel and residences are open while the pinnacle is undergoing finishing touches today. Desarrollado por el K Group, el "TOC" rompió records en financiamiento, altura y metros cuadrados en Latinoamérica con el primer proyecto Trump fuera de los EEUU. Su hotel y residencias están abiertos mientras se llevan a cabo los últimos retoques del pináculo.

El Miramar
Located on what used to be the waterfront along Balboa Avenue prior to the construction of the Cinta Costera, these towers developed in the mid ‘90s by Empresas Bern exemplify the first rule of real estate: location, location, location. Located right next to Edificio Sousa on Parque Urracá, the bottom floor has a little-known museum dedicated to its most famous inhabitant to date, former president Ricardo J. Alfaro, complete with letters from Churchill. Torre de la Catedral, Panamá la Vieja
Hotel Colombia
Built between 1619 and 1626, historians are undecided whether this was the third or the fourth Cathedral Tower at the first city on the Pacific. It was, however, the first one made of stone. Visitors can observe the surrounding ruins from the top. Construida entre 1619 y 1626, los historiadores están indecisos con respecto a si esta fue la tercera o cuarta Torre de Catedral en la primera ciudad en el Pacífico; pero fue, sin embargo, la primera hecha de piedra. Located on Plaza Bolivar in Casco Viejo, this is one of the most photographed buildings in the Old Quarter, boasting restaurants in its ground floor that offer tables in the plaza. A feat of engineering and a feast of visual entertainment, this office tower on Calle 50 is the stuff of dreams. There’s no lack of pride from its developers, who placed the F&F logo along the spire as a finishing touch in weeks past. Una proeza de la ingeniería esta torre de oficinas en Calle 50 es un edificio soñado. Sus desarrolladores orgullosamente colocaron el logo de F&F a lo largo de la aguja como un toque final hace unas semanas.
Formerly known as Torre del Banco Exterior, this office building was finished in 1979 and remained the tallest building in Panama until 1996. Antes conocida como la Torre del Banco Exterior, este edificio de oficinas se terminó de construir en 1979 y fue el edificio más alto de Panamá hasta 1996.

Currently under construction on the Amador Causeway, the Frank Gehry-designed shrine to the Panamanian isthmus’ role in human evolution will become an attraction that may one day rival the Canal after it opens in late 2012.
