In my last article I may have been slightly guilty of having a wee rant about the fact us women need to learn how to put ourselves rst and take care of our mind, body and soul. Admittedly, something we're not that great at, because well, we're women – and more often than not, end up putting everyone and everything else ahead of ourselves. It's just in our nature. True?
