During this time we have serviced clientele both domestically and abroad. We are lucky enough to boast a vibrant and dynamic team of more than 30 accountants, auditors, financial planners and administrators dedicated to creating a positive experience for our clients. There has been a name change for PDD recently. Can you tell us about this and what’s in store for the business itself? For several decades, PDD has been one of the largest chartered accounting firms in the region, assisting both individuals and businesses alike. We have an incredibly loyal customer base, including some who have been with us since our opening day. Over the years, we noticed the needs of our clients becoming more diverse and with that, so too did our service proposition. As a result, we thought the name change better reflected our position now as one of the region’s leading financial services

We can only really speak on behalf of our own business, but as a financial services firm, our accountants and planners work in tandem for clients to deliver insightful recommendations where possible. If a client can better save tax, if a client appears personally underinsured, requires superannuation consolidation or can secure a more competitive home loan interest rate, we will at least ensure they know where they stand and the steps to optimise the situation. How can PDD help businesses and individuals achieve their goals in 2015? We believe affordability and proactivity is the key. At the moment, our accountants are assisting individuals, small businesses and corporate clients with tax planning for the 2016 financial year.
