What is your connection to the Coffs Coast? I was born and bred on the Coffs Coast.
When did you get selected to play at state level? I was 12.

When did you start playing netball? I first started Net Set Go at the age of eight. What do you love most about the game? I love the fact that it brings out the best in me physically and mentally. When I’m on the court, it gives me such an adrenaline rush and
How often do you train? I train four to five times a week - not just netball - but I also train at Woolgoolga CrossFit, to keep up my fitness.
What position do you play? GK and GD. What makes a good netball player? Regular training and maintaining a healthy diet. Mentally and physically preparing yourself before a game and also having a well planned recovery after the game.
