You’re invited! The Chamber’s Annual Celebration and Legacy Leader presentation Thursday, September 17 Noon to 1:30 p.m. | Delta by Marriott, Fargo
Join us for an uplifting afternoon dedicated to celebrating all that we have accomplished together! This year, we’re shaking up our ‘annual meeting’ with an exciting new format we can’t wait to share with you. Mingle with business and community leaders, give a high-five (or elbow bump) to the volunteers who contributed to the success of the past year, be prepared to be in awe hearing how a local leader shaped the success of our community and region and receives the 2020 Legacy Leader Award, plus more surprises in store to be announced soon!
Chamber of Commerce, Campfire Council, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, the Moorhead Healthy Community Initiative and Junior Achievement, Trinity and First Lutheran Church, MeritCare Health Systems, the Moorhead Economic Development Authority, and Bell State Bank. He's served as a Regent for Concordia College, and on the Global Leadership Council for the Offutt School of Business at Concordia College. Steve currently serves on the Downtown Moorhead, Inc. Board and works with the Legacy Children’s Foundation in Fargo. LCF is a new foundation working to help more young people in Fargo stay in school, understand what it means to be a contributing member of a community, and graduate from high school. Steve and his wife Eileen are currently working to build Friends of the Children, Youth Entrepreneur, and The Phoenix programs in North Dakota and other states. Steve coached youth soccer and hockey in Moorhead for 16 years and worked with the Hunter Education program in Fargo.
