Flat Face Quick Release Couplings

The flat face valves minimize leaking during connection and disconnection operations. Very solid construction to withstand high working pressure and oil flows. Female and male parts reciprocally engaged on a long “portion” so that the unit ensures a very good mechanical resistance even with flexing tubes. The unit is connected by pushing male and female parts together. The female parts have a safety lock which avoids accidental disconnection. Complete quick release coupling is uncoupled by pushing back the sleeve. Base 06 (3/8”) couplings of this series are on HTM standards (Hydraulic Tool Manufacturers Association) and are the same both in FFN and FFJ series. TheFFJ series is designed to requirements laid down by the English market.

UNIQUE FEATURES AND BENEFITS OF FFN SERIES:

1)Rated to connect against residual pressure up to 870 PSI, 74% higher than competitive couplings.

2)Double locking Pins prevent accidental disconnection, should one pin be damaged or worn. Increased safety of application.

3)Greater safety factors: Maximum working pressure is 2,900 PSI with minimum burst of 13,750 PSI connected and 11,600 PSI disconnected on the coupler half.
