I. Mechanical Cutting: Mechanical cutting is basically done by developing a process based on the physical properties of stainless steel. This includes different process like sawing, hand hacksawing, power hacksawing, shearing, abrasive cutting, and water jet cutting, etc.

II. Thermal Cutting: Usually in Thermal cutting, we heat the metal with fire. Then an excessive supply of oxygen is provided, which starts heat generating reactions. But the regular oxyacetylene method is not the deal breaker. That’s why the thermal cutting evolves every few years.
