How to choose a seat on EVA Air?

What are the charges for choosing a seat on EVA Air?
The charges for choosing a seat on EVA Air are more on long-haul flight. Economy Class extra legroom seats are available for $70 and $185 in short-haul and long-haul flights respectively. Economy Class preferred seats are available for $35 and $75 on short-haul and long-haul flights respectively. An extra legroom seat is available on payment of an additional fee when you have boarded. On short-haul flights, you will have to pay $75 and on long-haul flights, you will be required to pay $210. Infinity MileageLands members with Silver Card, Gold Card and Diamond Card can avail of the seat selection service without paying any charges. It is non-refundable except when there are involuntary changes
Seat selection fee is refunded if you cancel the ticket associated with it.
