HELLO & WELCOM ...to Action Deafness’ Impact Report! We are proud of our 2021 successes and how we were able to deliver essential services during extremely challenging times. We want to say a huge thank you to our partners, supporters, stakeholders and to our staff team. I know so many people have worked tirelessly during times of great disruption and uncertainty. Our exciting impact report demonstrates how we were able to work effectively to meet the needs of our clients. It includes examples of human stories, highlighting the difference our provisions make to people’s everyday lives. We have also included some statistical information which shows how we have implemented service improvements.
