Paper fiber is one of the easiest materials to recycle. Wrapture® tissue products take full advantage of that by using up to 100% recycled fiber. 90 - 95% of paper waste from our manufacturing process goes back into papermaking. All process water is treated and reused and all effluent is treated at a USEPA- and NYDECregulated POTW (Publicly Owned Treatment Works). At least 70% of the electricity used in production comes from hydroelectric and other renewable sources. We continually upgrade equipment and conduct audits to improve efficiency. At Wrapture® we take responsibility for the environment seriously and strive for environmental sustainability while providing the highest quality product available.

Small Quantity Print Program (SQP)
• 10 - 95 Reams
• 11 - 18 lb. white, kraft and all 10 lb. stock colors. MF tissue. MG and Eurosheer available in white only. Dry waxed available in white, kraft, and some colors.
• Up to 4 colors. Add 10% for metallics
• 20” x 30” and custom sizes
• Purchase required plates
• Submit artwork as a high resolution file or preferably as vector art with the fonts outlined
• Ink coverage up to 100% of the sheet. Designs with more than 25% coverage will require a price quote
• Standard put up is 480 sheet flat - 1 ream poly wrapped packed 5 reams per carton. Optional soft folded, 240 sheets poly wrapped - packed 4 packages per carton or based on customer requirements, additional charges may apply

Lead times are 4-5 weeks from receipt of signed art approval. Pantone Matching System® will be used for all color matches unless a color sample is provided. Drawdowns available at no charge. Layout and art services are available. Orders +/- 10% of finished product order quantity.

Versatile and economical grease resistant waxed tissue. Unlike other waxed paper products, this tissue is dry waxed and suitable for printing, making it the perfect choice for short run custom print jobs. It has a crisp clean feel, not waxy like traditional waxed paper products, and the performance is virtually the same. Great for tray and basket liners among many other uses.
