Lip Sync Show — Danny & Ron’s Rescue held its annual Lip Sync Show on Sunday, Feb. 14 at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center featuring a special appearance by singer Gloria Gaynor. Equestrian kids came dressed in elaborate costumes to impress judges with their lip sync skills. Money raised supported the local animal rescue nonprofit. Wellington Masters At Deeridge — The 2016 CP Wellington Masters, presented by Sovaro, part of the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping North American league for the 2016 World Cup Jumping Final, was hosted at Deeridge Farms in Wellington from Thursday, Feb. 4 through Sunday, Feb. 7. On Sunday, the featured class was the $200,000 Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Wellington, which was won by Kent Farrington, shown here aboard Uceko.

Popbar Opens At Mall — Popbar held its grand opening Saturday, Feb. 20 at the Mall at Wellington Green. The first 50 people received a free popbar, handcrafted gelato on a stick. Celebrity Bartending Night — The Grille Fashion Cuisine hosted its “Shine Bright Like A Diamond” fundraiser to benefit the American Cancer Society on Thursday, Jan. 28, sponsored by Veuve Clicquot and Tito’s Handmade Vodka. Rockin’ Rio Raises $1.5 Million For USET — On Friday, Jan. 22, the United States Equestrian Team Foundation hosted its Rockin’ Rio benefit at Louisburg Farm in Wellington. With more than 600 guests in attendance, the party featured honorary chairs Patti Scialfa and Bruce Springsteen. The evening included award presentations, an elegant dinner, a surprise performance by Springsteen and a lively auction, which helped raise more than $1.5 million for the USET Foundation.
