Bernd Bodechtel, born 1939, studied art in the 1950s with Sizzo Stief and well known Professor Meindl at the Dresdner Art Academy before leaving East Germany and arriving in Duesseldorf in 1959. He studied sculpture technique in 1970 - 1971 with Professor Beate Schiff at the Duesseldorf Art Academy, where his students studied as well; they included Michael Irmer, Andreas Rob and Wanda Sebastian. Bebo has lived and worked autonomously in Duesseldorf - Gerresheim and, in recent years, also in Naples, Florida where he has developed new ideas and inspiration for his work. His work is organic, constructive in the sculpture, as well as his latest work in spray and paper technique following the tradition of Mark Rothko, Josef Albers and Frank Stella.

Ms. Mulko was born and raised in France. She is an artist, wife and mother of 3. Her work has been exhibited all over Europe and at Agora Gallery in NewYork. She is a permanent artist at Gallery Lars Johanson Sudde Wiks Vagen Sweden and Gallery Carre D’ Artist, Paris France. Patricia is in numerous private collections and her work is presented in various art catelogs. Her initial works started with “Gravure Sur Linoleum”. She paints in a passionate way. When her left hand touches the canvas the line is sure and will remain. The charm is there, the blue and red come together as do the green and yellow. Painting allows her to transmit emotions to people with whom she will never have direct contact. Once on canvas, the emotional experience is permanent. Art enables her to communicate who she was at the moment. Through this process, Patricia Mulko conveys a realness of the self and reality. The elemental simplicity of Being.

Born in upstate New York, Salop has lived most of his life in Europe. Salop attended the French Luminasitier of Aix en Provence and Nice. While there he became influenced by Matisse, Derain, Ulaminck, Dufy, etc—the Fauvist School of Painting. He believes they left a legacy on which we must build and continue in their tradition. While in Italy he also was instructed in Italian stone sculpture.

Kami was born and raised in Israel. After graduating from an agricultural college, he entered the Israeli Army. He became a Captain in the Army as well as an Instructor at the Officer School. Following his time spent in the military, he moved to Montreal, Canada and made a career as a Beauty Salon owner and hair colorist for 18 years. All the while, after having been painting with Acrylic, he fell in love with the medium of watercolor. This was a great time to combine what he saw as a stylist. He expressed in his paintings the secret beauty in a woman's expressions, happiness, joy, sadness, loss, enlightenment, love, and her secrets. In November, 2007 Kami won the Naples Art Association Award of Excellence in Watercolor Painting a juried art exhibition. He has also been successful in selling his work on the East and West Coasts of Florida. Each day he has a passion to capture images of people on paper. "Each and every day is an exciting new experience."

My work is composed of two dominant images; nature and city street life. These show the two parts of my life. Resident of Lake of the Woods, Canada for 6 months and Naples, Florida for the other 6 months. The colors and design are the same. I am a perceptual artist in that I am motivated by what I see, particularly atmospheric effects, dramatic spiritual lighting and strong color. My canvases are painted first in a bright ground, which glows beneath the subsequent layers of complimentary color. The complex surfaces invite repeated study. I work very physically, either plein aire or in the studio. Paintings are done in a variety of sizes, but I prefer very small or large. To challenge and involve the viewer, I make many works squares, diptychs or triptych so that they can be arranged and rearranged to create new statements. After studies at the University of Manitoba and Forum Art Institute she moved to Ontario with her husband. Pippi gained a Masters in Art Education from California College of Arts and Crafts in Berkeley in 1983.

Mr. Cruz has a passion for art. “I paint for a living, and I live to paint”. He has been called a “non-conformist” who likes to experiment with lights, color, volume and texture. I truly don’t know if there is a part of me in each painting, or if each painting is becoming a part of me. I am now experiencing a joyful renaissance; a noticeable change in style sublimation and I love it! My best art is still to be unveiled.” While living in Venezuela form 1965 to 1978, Alberto was commissioned by Alicia Pietra de Caldera, First Lady of Venezuela, to paint an Araguaney in Bloom” which hangs in the Presidential home. For Alberto Cruz, color represents life as a revitalizing force. His paintings attempt to capture those primal energies that normally remain untapped in the Human Mind, Heart and Soul.

Art and real estate have one thing in common. They need strong synergies in order to thrive. Even the best work of art will fail to exert its effect if it is located in the wrong environment, in the wrong place. It is no coincidence that the greatest works of art are to be found in the world's most historic buildings - for example, the Uffizi in Florence, the Louvre in Paris or, more recently, the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Conversely, many buildings have attained monument status and are themselves regarded as works of art. It is therefore not surprising that a correlation exists between art and real estate values, especially in times of crisis when the world comes to its senses and starts to think about where genuine value can be found. This is why current trends on the international art market are toward the names and works that have stood the test of time. These still command high prices and enjoy a high degree of value stability. The same applies to real estate standing at the best locations in the world's large cities. And even the markets for second homes, where prices have come under pressure, will recover quickly at those locations where no further development is possible. Thus, demand in the art market has switched back to works that have proved their value over the years and will retain that value even when the art-buying public once again lets itself be seduced by new inventions, visions, innovations and methods of expression. On the real-estate market, the trend is back to humankind's fundamental need for a home and the value that inevitably attaches to this simple fact. Everyone has to live somewhere and this means that investment capital is now tending to see the residential market as a safe haven. It is with this trend in mind that we have founded E & V Capital AG, an entity that offers investors the opportunity to buy into a broad portfolio of high-quality apartment houses located in some of Germany's very best regions. Admittedly, it's not art, but it's a clever way of protecting capital value and investing capital in objects of genuine value. Sincerely yours,
