All of our flooring is priced in square metres, so you can compare styles, designs and products The $ signs next to each product indicates the price bracket that the floor fits into - the more $ signs the more budget required. All Flooring Xtra stores provide a full flooring installation service that manages additional items you will also need to consider when purchasing your flooring, some of which include - floor preparation, underlay, accessories, furniture moving, freight and organisation of electricians and plumbers. Minimal Affordable A Little Bit Extra Generous

These prices are indicative only to help you set a budget. Offcuts and waste can make this more or less depending on the flooring selected. Price includes quality underlay – premium underlay is additional. This price does not allow for uplift, disposal, furniture removal, floor preparation, travel and other incidentals. Pricing varies from region to region according to freight and installation charges. Stairs are not included.

A warranty is a voluntary promise offered by the person or business who sold the product or service to you. Flooring Xtra offers a lifetime installation warranty. The Flooring Xtra Lifetime Installation Warranty offers consumers peace of mind. All Flooring Xtra stores promise to fully guarantee their installations against faulty workmanship. The goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Product warranties vary depending on the nature and type of product and should be discussed with your Flooring Xtra store representative.

Warranty Underlay

It’s easy to get caught up in the selection of beautiful carpet with so many colours and styles to choose from, but it’s equally important to ensure you have a superior quality underlay too!

Dunlop is serious about their impact on the environment and reducing landfill. The product itself is created from 90% recycled content and is 100% recyclable. They also strongly encourage the careful removal and disposal of the product, not wanting to add to the growing concern of landfill. Flooring Xtra and Dunlop support Planet Ark’s National Recycling Week, with $1 from every roll donated to the organisation.

Envirotred Offers:

-Extra Cushioning. A good underlay adds another layer of softness under the carpet, making it even more luxurious to walk and lounge on.

-Carpet Protection. Underlay, if it is a quality product, will extend the life of your carpet and improve carpet appearance and retention

-Thermal Properties. Having an additional layer under the carpet can help retain warmth within the carpet, making it a cosy and comfortable surface as well as positively affecting your energy bills!
