elcome to the 44th Annual Thor Winter Olympics, presented by Pro Circuit! Whether you

have been to the Mini O’s before or this is your first time, we are honored to have you all attend this world class amateur supercross and motocross event.

This will be a fun week filled with lots of racing, lots of music and lots of turkey. Speaking of turkey, on Thursday night after racing, Unlimited Sports will host the Thor Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner at the Thor Semi. We will cook and slice up the turkeys and sever it up with lots of side dishes and desserts. Everyone is invited to come to the feast and there is no charge.

Did I mention music? Yes I did. On Wednesday night, right after MXers for Jesus Church Service, we will have music from Clark Hill with special guest, southern rock star, Bobby Capps from 38 Special. You don’t want to miss this. Jimmy Clark, lead singer of Clark Hill, is a motocross enthusiast that happens to be an up and coming future country music star. Bobby Capps, keyboard player and singer for 38 Special, will be alongside Jimmy and it will be a great show.

As always, we want to thank you, the riders and families and all of the sponsors that make this the biggest amateur supercross/motocross event in the world! We hope you all have a great week and God Bless,

Wyn Kern Unlimited Sports MX

Washington’s Darian Sanayei topped the charts in the deep list of big bike riders with wins. Darian’s consistency lasted all season long, beginning at the Thor Winter Olympics in 2014. Darian was on point during the Supercross portion of the week, racking up first overall in 250 Pro Sport. Sanayei reiterated the fact that he could and would be a threat for the top spot at the Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross event. Keeping his winning streak alive in Florida, the #457 machine stole another pair of huge wins in both the 250 All-Star A/B and 450 A/Pro Sport classes. The amount of momentum built up by the Kawasaki backed shredder was tough to match all season long, carrying all the way into Loretta Lynn’s Ranch. Darian remained among the top of the class, swiping multiple second place overall finishes in the stacked 250 A and 450 A classes. Sanayei could also be seen competing indoors at select Arenacross events, overseas aboard finely tuned Monster Energy Kawasaki machines, as well as at round 12 of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship where he slid across the finish with a sixteenth! Appearing to have his Supercross skills dialed in at the Club MX open ride day, chances are you’ll see this shredder jumping off a pro gate again somewhere soon at a track near you. You’re liable to find the newly changed #857 rider line up just about anywhere…and if you do run into him at the track in 2016 be ready for a show.

-Mitchell Harrison

Cairo, Georgia floods the national results list…and a top the rush is the #229 of Mitchell Harrison. Although he isn’t actually from there, Harrison has spent a great deal of his past few years down there logging some log hours. Now a member of the Star Racing Yamaha team, Mitchell’s gig has changed up a bit adding California to his repertoire. Harrison hangs it out on the track, a leader in the current wave of edgy, aggressive, leave it all on the track racers. Harrison got things started with big battles in Florida against the previous mentioned Sanayei at the Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross. Despite amazing efforts, the #229 machine finished a respectable second overall in both the 250 A/Pro Sport and 450 A/Pro Sport classes solidifying his place amongst the fastest A riders in the nation right off the bat. The James Stewart Freestone Spring Championship served as a continuance of Harrison’s strong will, wrapping up March in Texas with a first place finish in 250 A. He was able to execute his plans once again as racing made it’s way to Tennessee. When the checkered flags waved at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, Harrison kept himself on the podium starting with a third in Open Pro Sport. The sweat spilled in the 250 A class throughout the week was even sweeter however, wrapping up his 2015 A class contest at the Ranch in first place overall. Harrison’s most recent appearance and his first aboard the new Yamaha at the Monster Energy Cup was a testament to his technical ability and willingness to push the limits when the rest reconsider. Although he was second on the Dirty 100 this year, expect Harrison to be gunning for nothing but wins in 2016.

The dirty 100 is always changing... check in after Mini O’s motoplayground.com

If your name is Austin Forkner…there isn’t much you haven’t won at least once. The newest recruit to Mitch’s Pro Circuit team effort, Forkner is busy putting the finishing touches on a premier amateur career. Among the best amateurs in the business, Austin Forkner and the #214 machine never fail to shine. Winning 250 B championships at Mini O’s, the Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross, James Stewart Freestone Spring Championship, Monster Energy Mammoth Motocross, and Loretta Lynn’s all in one year was not easy by any means…but if you ask Austin, he should’ve had a few more in there some how. When you check out his already noted track record, plus another Loretta’s title and a pair of Pro championships he’s added from the Baja Brawl it’s obvious that Austin Forkner is making boss moves. The Greatest Under Major Pressure…that’s the Farmboy! Did we mention he won the Monster Energy Cup…again?

Charbz kills it on the track, so it’s no surprise he made his way into this showcase. One of the most stylish and fluent riders on the track, Tristan lays it down! Charboneau experienced a great 2015 season aboard his Honda’s and the future looks brighter than fresh Honda red plastic. Leaving the season with a championship at the Mini O’s last year in the 250 A class as well as another big title at the James Stewart Freestone Spring Championship in the 450 A division, Tristan looked amazing at Loretta’s as well landing in the fourth overall spot when all was said and done. Tristan’s indoor skills are also on point as proven in the Arenacross series and at the Monster Energy Cup blasting out of Sam Boyd Stadium with fifth overall in Vegas so expect big things regardless of where he lines up!

-Chase Sexton

The boy from La Moille really isn’t anything to mess with…Chase Sexton is one bad dude. Now a member of the elite Amsoil Honda crew, Sexton is on the fast track to success and is going to blitz it to the top. Following championships in Texas at both Freestone and Oak Hill in the 250 B class as well as a slew of impressive Schoolboy finishes Chase landed himself a secure spot on the gate at Loretta’s. When push came to shove at the Ranch, Sexton wrestled his way into second place overall in 250 B leaving Tennessee one spot shy of the national championship. Sexton’s debut ride aboard the red machine was recently at the Monster Energy Cup and he seemed to be right at home, pushing Austin Forkner’s comfort zone at times before settling into second place overall in the Amateur All-Stars class in front of eyes across the world.

-Mitchell Falk

Mitchell Falk has been contesting for national wins for quite some time now. Hailing from Costa Mesa, California, Falk and his KTM have seen their fair share of podiums in their day. A big second place overall at Loretta Lynn’s in the Schoolboy 1 (12-16) B/C class helped keep the west coast shredder on the map and on course with his winning and podium shattering ways. Championships at the California Classic and podium results at the Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross in the Schoolboy classes earned Mitchell his position on the Dirty 100. Falk seems to really be clicking with the bike and with a bit of luck, 2016 could be the year of Falker.

Metamora, Michigan’s Joey Crown has been flying on his Dunlop treaded Kawasaki machines. Crown’s top five consistency has helped maintain his momentum making him capable of striking for wins at any time. Claiming a hard earned fifth overall at the Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross in the 250 B class was just the success needed to propel Joey to the front of the class. At the James Stewart Freestone Spring Championship Crown was crowned the 250 B Limited victor. Always a racer to step up to the gate when it counts, Crown slaughtered the Loretta Lynn’s track en route to earning himself a coveted number one plate at the biggest showcase in the amateur motocross industry marking himself in the history books as the 2015 Loretta Lynn 250 B Limited champion.

-Jayce Pennington

Following a second place overall finish at the Mini O’s in Supercross, Jayce Pennington knew he had the goods to make a run for Schoolboy supremacy this year and that he did. Pennington shut down every Loretta’s qualifier he attended throughout the spring, coming to the Ranch ready for war. Jayce stole himself a pair of fifth place overall results in both Schoolboy 1 (12-16) B/C and Schoolboy 2 (13-16) B/C cashing in on another successful year on the bike. Most recently, Pennington spent a bit of time racing the Florida Gold Cup Series, landing a few more podiums for his lengthy resume and a bit of time on the track before the Winter Olympics.
