Meet force100XQ/C The sales channel for industrial doors is not that different from the residential channel, except for one aspect: After sales! Listening to the demands of door producers, installers, end users and after sales companies lead to clear conclusions. The need for one universal door control system for every door type, from sectional doors to high speed doors and docking systems. Why? It would lead to significant savings in time and cost during installation, maintenance and repair.

FlexiForce has now taken industrial door automation to the next level by re-thinking functions, application, daily use and after-sales of both motor and control. Result? A new industrial product range, starting now with the 100Nm strong force100XQ/C with integrated forceIQ control system.

People that are today daily faced with the hassle of interpreting flashing lights, programming codes or service manuals will love the ease of clear words expressing the status of the system, needed actions, service cycles, personal settings, valuable warnings and more information. The end user will get an immediate sense of quality and integrity.

Powerful performance Knowing that the control system would be really advanced compared to anything in the market today, we decided to opt for high quality and durable performance in designing the motor gear unit itself. The motor unit is “Made in Germany”, out of high quality materials and technology that has proven to be the best in class. For example, the encoder, typically a very important part of the reliability of the door opener, is made by Kostal. It is in fact the same manufacturer that is used in the steering system of Audi cars. Ensured, proven quality!

Furthermore, a choice for a quick release (XQ) or chain release (XC) mechanism and pre-wiring to the forceIQ control box.

Opto sensor safety edge system kit. Will be recognized by forceIQ and clearly presented in the display. All parts you need in one easy kit!

Safety: Air pressure edge forcePSE

Airwave switch kit. Mounted in IP54 housing. The switch is activated by the rise or fall in air pressure in the bottom seal of a door when meeting an obstacle. All you need in one easy kit!

Operation: Powerless, wireless pull rope switch 924WLKIT

Piezo technology provides a wireless signal of the switch to the receiver connected into the forceIQ box.

Without power supply or battery! Sustainable and cost efficient!

Access control: Card reader / Key pad 9700V24

This stylish key-pad allows only visitors that know the pin code or those that have a magnetic ID-card to open your door. Connect to forceIQ without any hassle.

Access control: E-lock LM668

This electro-mechanical slide bolt can easily be connected to the forceIQ control system. It is activated in line with the operation of the motor.

CE-ITTR The force100XQ/C has conquered the most severe life-span testing and operational tests as well as for example electromagnetic interference immunity tests. All mandated peak-force and security tests have been passed. All force100 products are included in our Initial Type Testing Report.

Product line today and tomorrow This new, innovative product line of smart industrial door automation starts today with force100XQ/C. Tomorrow we will introduce to you a single phase 70Nm version and a heavy duty 140Nm version, all of course managed by the smart intelligent forceIQ control system.
