Additionally, there are plenty more things to do in the area and it depends largely on what you want to experience. There is a selection of water sports, such as windsurfing and jet-skiing, which active

types can enjoy. If you fancy a spot of retail therapy, make sure you visit the Yumbo Centre, which boasts more than 200 shops. In terms of memorable tourist attractions, the breathtaking Nature Canariensis Botanical Gardens are a real treat, and a great way of enjoying the magnificent landscapes of Gran Canaria.

There’s also the Wild West theme park Sioux City Park, with exciting attractions, a zoo, and delicious barbecue food.

Occidental Margaritas PLAYA DEL INGLÉS The Occidental Margaritas in Gran Canaria is a part of the world-renowned Barcelo Hotel Group and is located at one of the most popular tourist resorts in Gran Canaria - Playa del Inglés. The airport is a little over 20 minutes away, and the capital Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is 60 kilometres away.

The beach is around less than two kilometres away, making the Occidental Margaritas an ideal hotel for exploring the gorgeous surroundings.
