MERCHANDISING REORDERS

10 Simple Steps for Every Store Visit 1. Ask the owner or manager for the Avanti Press reorder.

2. Locate display and straighten all pockets to planogram before you start.

3. Pull any damaged cards and put aside for credit.

4. Open the reorder box. Save the packing slip.

5. Using the product ID tickets, work product one unit at a time onto the display.

6. Keep trash and waste in a trash bag or shopping basket for easy disposal.

7. Re-check that all product is to planogram and ready for you to write an order.

8. Place an order for pockets in need - if there are 3 or less, it needs a reorder!

TIP: If there are empty pockets, shift some

cards from neighboring pockets so that the display still looks good until your reorder arrives

9. Process any credits for old, shopworn, or nonplanogram cards. Deface or destroy credited cards at the store. You can process credits

using fillable PDF exchange forms or via ABO. 10. Check out with the store manager and show them your good work!

NIQUEA.D MERCHANDISING TIPS

1. Follow the Visual Merchandising Map included in the box to insure proper fit. When possible, merchandise cards according to their true

orientation – horizontal cards shown horizontally, and vertical cards shown vertically.

2. Make sure the reorder tickets are tucked behind

the cards, never in front. For short/ smaller designs, the Avanti Press reorder ticket may need to be

folded in half. Reorder tickets should not be visible to the customers.

In ALL cases: • ALL product except for NIQUEA.D must be

destroyed after the credit is written and left in the store.

• Please ask the retailer where they would like you place it for recycling.

3. Discard any foam or cardboard cushion shipping

slips that ship with select cards for protection. In

addition, discard any Design Group reorder tickets that may be included in the package.

4. Make sure your Header cards are in place to help shoppers find the categories they need

All everyday programs should be paired with a year-round seasonal subscription.

Seasonal can ADD UP TO 30% MORE REVENUE in a very small footprint, and the brisk rotation of seasonal cards helps add excitement and variety throughout the year.

AUTO AVANTI SEASONAL HOW TO SIGN UP

On the ABO black top menu bar, put mouse over

Seasonal Tools and choose Auto Avanti Sign-up.

Enter the customer number and choose the display size for the seasonal subscription. You can add a

physical display here if needed. If they already have a display, leave the check-box blank.

The customer will be signed up for the current

season up until 2 weeks before the holiday. If you

want to adjust which season to start, add a note for any seasons to exclude. Once you hit submit, an

email will be generated to Avanti’s Order Processing department and is usually processed the same day.

Dominique’s life experience, growing up as a first-generation American while being strongly influenced by the European heritage of her parents, has provided her with a unique perspective. As a young woman, Dominique lived abroad and traveled extensively. This, coupled with her background in English literature and her love of the written word, has inspired her to spend her professional life finding a path to enable people to enjoy personal and meaningful communication through greeting cards.
