Production 4G valves are made from Aisi 304L and Aisi 316L stainless steel bars or from Iso 5211 compliant mounting bases, with provision for pneumatic or electrical controls. 2 or 3 way valves with standard connections are produced, always available from stock. Connections: DIN, CLAMP, KF, GAROLLA, MACON, VICTAULIC, for head welding, side welding, EN 1092-1 flanges, ISO 228, ISO 7, NPT, SMS, RJT threads. Furthermore, valves can be customised to meet each customer’s requirements, and can be assembled with different connections. Standard ball seals are made from virgin PTFE with FKM rod sealing O-Ring. On request, seals can be supplied in glass, carbon or graphite filled PTFE or in UHMW polyethylene; the O-Ring can be supplied in EPDM, SILICONE, PTFE coated VITON, KALREZ. Each valve produced is tested. Fittings and flanges produced comply with ISO, DIN, UNI, EN standards. On request, special items can be designed and produced. The raw materials used to manufacture 4G products are: AISI 304L316L, virgin PTFE, glass filled PTFE, carbon and graphite filled PTFE, UHMW, all compliant with Italian legislation and national and international standards currently enforced for applications in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
