DE COMPAGNIE makes a limited edition of meticulously refined potstill brandy that has been double distilled in an antique copper alembic potstill first used by Ben Lategan in 1849.It is our aim not only to satisfy the expectations of the connoisseur, but to ensure a unique experience in the enjoyment of fine brandy.The production of the 16ha vineyard on De Compagnie Wine Estate allows personal
and dedicated attention to each facet of vineyard cultivation and the brandy making process to ensure uncompromised superior quality. We believe that wine and brandy making is a natural process. It is our policy to steer clear of mechanisation and chemical manipulation and rely on natural and human resources. The grapes are hand picked at dawn in limited quantities of
50 crates at a time which ensures optimum conditions and quality.
