T HE COMPANY’ S STORY I S M Y OW N I came to the United States in the summer of 2006 at the age of 21, having graduated from Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod in Russia with a Bachelor's of International Relations. These next three summer months would change me once and for all, for my life would be inextricably bound to American construction forever. I started my first day living in the U.S. on a construction site, where I quickly moved through the trades: brick and tile laying, roofing, plumbing, painting, electrical work, carpentry, and more. Every time I took on a new project, I followed my main rule: “Do every job to your fullest capability.” I also had a passion for developing systems to better organize any process of every construction project that I was involved with, which would become quite useful later. By 2008 I had been working around the clock for two years, learning many aspects of construction while laying, brick-bybrick, the future foundation of my very own company. While remodeling different hotels around the country (Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Arizona and other states), I interacted with customers, contractors, supervisors, and other personnel. I soon realized my role had given me extensive experience with effectively communicating with key figures, and of the overall construction process as a whole. At that time, I realized that I was ready to launch my own company – and, moreover, as a direct result of years of my hard work and dedication to the construction industry, the core values of my future company were molded: EFFICIENCY, RELIABILITY AND THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS. ACH Group LLC started in Maryland in 2009, and we have quickly reached a top position throughout Maryland and Virginia since. Our had work and planning has created an ideal working system that will continue to benefit us for years to come. As many have come to find, we have an extreme talent for developing construction project methods that generates only the highestquality results within the shortest timeframe possible. Now armed with a huge personal construction background, and a set of well-developed principles, rules and values (as well as our amazing team), we are ready to expand into a new vision and mission. In 2016, we demonstrated that we are ready to take on new business dimensions because we understand how to work quickly, efficiently and effectively. ACH Group LLC as a whole is greatly motivated – we have the will to keep moving forward every minute with fearlessness, and the drive to innovate, to take risks and to do incredible things, and to become the most trusted partner in this region’s real estate industry. Won’t invite you into their office. There may not even be an office, which means that the work is done "on the fly”, and that they are also hard to find if (and when) something goes wrong

Welcomes you to our office. We always invite you to our office, where we can properly discuss all the details of your project face-toface over a friendly cup of coffee.

Have little-to-no legal documentation. If a company cannot show their licenses, insurance certification, etc. – they most likely do not have them.
