Durawavez® flags are durable and long lasting due to the material’s superior strength-to-weight ratio. These flags have individually embroidered or sewn stars. Stripes are carefully and precisely sewn together with a special thread using a lock stitch for longevity. Finished with strong polyester canvas headings and spurred brass grommets for sizes up to 6'x10'. Larger sizes have roped headings with galvanized metal thimbles. INDOOR POLES Oak Finished Poles
Finest quality hardwood poles with polished oak finish for indoor and parade use. All poles are two-piece using a polished brass or chrome screw joint. Available in 7', 8' or 9' lengths, each pole comes complete with flag mounting screw and tassel ring. Ornaments are sold separately.
Adjustable Gold Aluminum Pole
The one pole that is just the right height for all popular size indoor and parade flags. No tools necessary for the quick, easy twist-lock setting of the telescoping sections at any height from 5' to 9½'. The top of each pole is equipped with a threaded plug to accept all standard ornaments. A rounded bottom plug protects the end and assures a proper “seat" in a stand. Supplied in a bright, shiny gold aluminum finish. Ornaments are sold separately. (Adapter plug necessary when using ABS ornaments – see page 26)

Enlarged Pole Details
Beauty of wood, with the strength and stability of steel. Scuff resistant wood grain vinyl permanently laminated to steel. Stays straight - won’t bend or warp out of shape. Digitally Dyed Printing for Custom Products
Our custom products are printed with acid dyed inks on 200 denier, UV resistant nylon. This form of large-format printing produces a product with excellent resolution and brilliant colors. Wide format printing expands the number, sizes, and types of products you can offer; including but not limited to, flags, indoor and outdoor banners, feather flags, trade show back-drops, table drapes, and whatever else your customer may need. Printing from electronic images eliminates the cost for expensive screens. The result is a product that is more economical for low quantities and has a relatively short turn-around time. Enabling you to offer a wide variety of products at a competitive price that is sure to generate repeat business from your customers.
Artwork Requirements
To ensure high quality results, it is necessary for you to provide us with the highest quality artwork possible. Our in-house design team is also available at an additional cost. In order to obtain the best reproduction of your artwork, it is important that all electronic artwork be prepared properly. Ensure all fonts are outlined and all placed images are embedded in the supplied artwork file(s). VECTOR ART (.ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf files)
Should be created either full size or in scale according to the p roportions of the flag or banner. Pantone® Color Matching is an integral part of our process. Specify the Pantone® Solid + Coated(PMS) Color to ensure a more accurate color output. Colors will not be an exact match.
ALL RASTER IMAGES (.jpg, .tiff, or .psd files) Need to be provided at full size and at a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. These are printed “as is.” TRANSPARENCIES Transparency effects can produce unintended consequences when printed outside of Illustrator. To avoid this, it is best to flatten all transparencies and rasterize at 100%, leaving them in CMYK.

OUTDOOR RESIDENTIAL POLES
Free-Spin Aluminum Poles
A residential aluminum pole engineered to include a built-in “free-spinning" top section that will prevent your 3'x5' nylon flag from tangling on the pole. The top section of the pole rotates on ball bearings so the flag will always be displayed appropriately. There is no need for any additional untangling accessories. Poles come complete with two clear PVC flag collars to attach a traditional heading and grommet flag. They are also equipped with a stainless steel snap and plastic swivel ring for vertical banner display. Poles are 1" in diameter to fit all 1" brackets. SIZES All flags and banners are made within parameters of mil-f-2692h specifications. All prices are "suggested list prices".
FREIGHT FOB (Freight on Board) point of origin. All costs of freight, transportation, or mailing, unless prepaid, and all demurrage charges shall be paid by buyer. [Note – FOB conveys the title of goods to purchaser at time and place of FOB shipment. Shortages or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser.]
DELIVERY Delivery of goods by seller to the carrier at the point of origin shall constitute delivery of goods to the buyer and thereafter the shipment of goods shall be at the buyer's risk. All claims and allowances for damage to the merchandise incurred in transit must be filed against and presented to the carrier by the buyer. Goods sent by mail are insured at the cost of the buyer.
PAYMENT Terms are from the date of the invoice and not from the date the goods are received. All funds are to be remitted to FlagZone, LLC., 105A Industrial Drive, Gilbertsville, PA 19525. All payments shall be made in legal tender of the United States of America. Any amounts past due are subject to a service charge of 1.25% per month on the unpaid balance unless applicable laws require a lesser charge.
DROP SHIPMENTS A drop ship handling charge will be invoiced for these shipments.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER All articles made by seller are inspected before shipment. If any goods prove to be defective in material or workmanship and a claim is made by the buyer, the seller will repair or replace the goods after the seller has inspected said goods and determined that the goods are nonconforming. CLAIMS All claims for shortages or defective products by buyer should be made in a timely manner but should not exceed 15 days after receipt of goods and should be in writing to Customer Service Rep.
