Our foreign flag inventory includes United Nation members, members of Organization of American States (O.A.S.) as well as popular foreign and ancestral flags. U.N. member designs are based on the flags currently used at the U.N. Headquarters manufactured to commercial specifications.
All depictions of flags are as current as possible at the time of publication. Flags are either digitally dyed (printed) or sewn using Durawavez® nylon material.

Digitally dyed custom products help enhance your business or event. Our process produces brilliant colors with excellent resolution.
Digitally Dyed Printing for Custom Products
Our custom products are printed with acid dyed inks on 200 denier, UV resistant nylon. This form of large-format printing produces a product with excellent resolution and brilliant colors. Wide format printing expands the number, sizes, and types of products you can offer; including but not limited to, flags, indoor and outdoor banners, feather flags, trade show back-drops, table drapes, and whatever else your customer may need.
Printing from electronic images eliminates the cost for expensive screens. The result is a product that is more economical for low quantities and has a relatively short turn-around time. Enabling you to offer a wide variety of products at a competitive price that is sure to generate repeat business from your customers.
Artwork Requirements
To ensure high quality results, it is necessary for you to provide us with the highest quality artwork possible. Our in-house design team is also available at an additional cost. In order to obtain the best reproduction of your artwork, it is important that all electronic artwork be prepared properly. Ensure all fonts are outlined and all placed images are embedded in the supplied artwork file(s).
VECTOR ART (.ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf files)
Should be created either full size or in scale according to the proportions of the flag or banner. Pantone® Color Matching is an integral part of our process. Specify the Pantone® Solid + Coated(PMS) Color to ensure a more accurate color output. Colors will not be an exact match.
ALL RASTER IMAGES (.jpg, .tiff, or .psd files)
Need to be provided at full size and at a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. These are printed “as is.”
TRANSPARENCIES
Transparency effects can produce unintended consequences when printed outside of Illustrator. To avoid this, it is best to flatten all transparencies and rasterize at 100%, leaving them in CMYK.

Custom made feather flags are 100% nylon material, single/reverse, Digitally dyed and finished with a 4" flat nylon simple polehem on the hoist. The top of the simple polehem is reinforced and sewn closed. The bottom of the simple polehem has a reinforced grommet.
Custom Blade Banners
Custom made Blade Banners are 100% nylon material, single/reverse, Digitally dyed and finished with a 3" flat white polyester material pole band on the hoist. The top of the pole band is reinforced and sewn closed. The bottom of the pole band has a reinforced grommet as well as a tie down rope for securing the banner to the pole.
Custom Tear Drops
Custom made Teardrops are 100% nylon material, single/reverse, Digitally dyed and finished with a 3" flat white polyester material pole band on the hoist. The top of the pole band is reinforced and sewn closed. The bottom of the pole band has a reinforced grommet as well as a tie down rope for securing the banner to the pole.

Free-Spin Aluminum Poles
A residential aluminum pole engineered to include a built-in “free-spinning" top section that will prevent your 3'x5' nylon flag from tangling on the pole. The top section of the pole rotates on ball bearings so the flag will always be displayed appropriately. There is no need for any additional untangling accessories.
Poles come complete with two clear PVC flag collars to attach a traditional heading and grommet flag. They are also equipped with a stainless steel snap and plastic swivel ring for vertical banner display. Poles are 1" in diameter to fit all 1" brackets.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales are expressly limited to and made conditional upon the terms and conditions herein. The buyer must notify the seller within five days of receipt of invoice, acknowledgment or acceptance of goods, in writing, of their objection to these terms.
SIZES All flags and banners are made within parameters of mil-f-2692h specifications. All prices are "suggested list prices".
FREIGHT FOB (Freight on Board) point of origin. All costs of freight, transportation, or mailing, unless prepaid, and all demurrage charges shall be paid by buyer. [Note – FOB conveys the title of goods to purchaser at time and place of FOB shipment. Shortages or damages are the responsibility of the purchaser.]
DELIVERY Delivery of goods by seller to the carrier at the point of origin shall constitute delivery of goods to the buyer and thereafter the shipment of goods shall be at the buyer's risk. All claims and allowances for damage to the merchandise incurred in transit must be filed against and presented to the carrier by the buyer. Goods sent by mail are insured at the cost of the buyer.
PAYMENT Terms are from the date of the invoice and not from the date the goods are received. All funds are to be remitted to FlagZone, LLC., 105A Industrial Drive, Gilbertsville, PA 19525. All payments shall be made in legal tender of the United States of America. Any amounts past due are subject to a service charge of 1.25% per month on the unpaid balance unless applicable laws require a lesser charge.
DROP SHIPMENTS A drop ship handling charge will be invoiced for these shipments.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER All articles made by seller are inspected before shipment. If any goods prove to be defective in material or workmanship and a claim is made by the buyer, the seller will repair or replace the goods after the seller has inspected said goods and determined that the goods are nonconforming. Repair or replacement are at the seller's sole option.
RETURN GOODS POLICY Return authorization number (RMA) must be given by FLAGZONE before the return of any products. RMA number must be visible on shipping label or will be returned at customer expense. (Contact customer service for your number.) Restocking fee may apply.
CLAIMS All claims for shortages or defective products by buyer should be made in a timely manner but should not exceed 15 days after receipt of goods and should be in writing to Customer Service Rep.
APPLICABLE LAW All sales shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
