Our flexible working hours allow our teams to achieve a good work/ home balance. Our innovation and feedback mechanisms promote innovative and open communication.

FixFirm are very supportive of the government Apprenticeship training programs and have several staff in permanent roles who have joined us via apprenticeship schemes. Currently we have four staff undergoing apprenticeship courses.

FixFirm support our staff with regular in house and external training programs. These training programs include both product training and professional development training programs such as Accounting (AAT), Purchasing (CIPS), Operations and Sales.
