Built for growth without runaway costs.
BASE COSTS—CAPPED AT $30,000 PER YEAR
These three fees contribute toward a hard cap of $30,000, any additional fees contribute to your Cash Back.
+ Team Leader Fee: $695/month ($8,340/year)
+ Team Member Fees: $225/month per agent (up to 6 agents)
+ Admin Fees: $345 per transaction, capped at 40 transactions per year per team
After 40 transactions, your team can continue charging clients admin fees—and you keep 100% of what you collect.
Example: A team with 3 agents and 40 transactions will hit the $30K cap. From there, you can grow without additional base costs.
GROWTH AFTER THE CAP—JUST $1,000 PER ADDITIONAL AGENT
Once your team hits the $30K cap, you can keep growing at a much lower cost.
+ Each additional team member: $1,000/year
+ No limits on how big your team can get
TRANSACTION COSTS FOR TEAM MEMBERS
+ $100/transaction for each team member’s first 10 transactions per year
+ After 10, there’s no per-transaction fee for that agent for the rest of the year
CASH BACK EXPLAINED
Any Team Leader, Team Member, and Admin Fees paid in above the $30,000 cap are paid back annually. Use this cash back in any way you wish.
MORE CONTROL, FEWER FEES
Team Leaders are on a 100% commission plan and can set their own splits with their agents. We don’t charge for extras like:
