EM2, azienda sita in Nuova Zelanda, crea membrane con i più alti standard produttivi, utilizzando macchinari di ultima generazione ed esclusivamente materiali termoplastici (senza uso di colle liquide al solvente) seguendo un processo di vuoto – calore – pressione garantendo così la massima tenacità, leggerezza e durata delle membrane prodotte.
EM2, a company located in New Zealand, creates membranes with the highest production standards, using state-of-the-art machinery and exclusively thermoplastic materials (without the use of solvent-based liquid glues) following a vacuumheat-pressure process, thus ensuring maximum toughness , lightness and durability of the produced membranes.
EM2 ha prodotto fino ad oggi membrane per numerose imbarcazioni oltre i 100 piedi fino ad oltre 50 metri di lunghezza.
To date, EM2 has produced membranes for many boats over 100 feet up to over 50 meters in length.
Le vele ORANGE SAILS prodotte con i Laminati EM2 verranno customizzate nei minimi particolari soddisfando le esigenze di ogni vela, includendo all’interno della laminazione qualsiasi tipo di rinforzo sia strutturale che protettivo ed ogni tasca delle stecche richiesta. The ORANGE SAILS sails produced with EM2 Laminates will be customized down to the smallest detail, satisfying the needs of each sail, including any type of structural and protective reinforcement within the lamination and any required batten pocket. The Design Staff of the ORANGE SAILS will deal with the idealization, customization and design of their sails as always. From 2020 this new partnership allows ORANGE SAILS to offer sails on the market without size limits.

ONE DESIGN Orange Sails è entrata nel 2019 nella Classe Optimist proponendo due vele eccezionalmente veloci e performanti in tutti gli aspetti, la Orange Sails Hybrid Medium e la Orange Sails Hybrid Light. Da allora è stato vinto: • Il Campionato italiano cadetti 2020 • Il Campionato Croato U12 2020, 2021 ...e numerose regate di selezione nazionale tra Italia e Spagna. Nella stagione 2021 iniziano i primi successi in regata nella categoria 420!
Orange Sails company entered the Optimist category in 2019, designing two new sails exceptionally fast and performing in all aspects: Orange Sails Hybrid Medium and Orange Sails Hybrid Light.
