Shiso is a new restaurant headed by Michelin-star chef Mariya Russell. Shiso is a Japanese-inspired restaurant located in Chelsea Market. A unique omakase experience sets Shiso apart from other restaurants in Chelsea Market. A bar and lounge area speaks to the younger demographic of the surrounding area.
