Cooler Bags and Ice Packs: Deliveries arrive in a cooler bag equipped with ice packs. We’ll pick up the previous delivery’s cooler bag and ice packs when we make your next delivery. Kindly leave them in the designated drop-off spot to avoid fees for unreturned packaging. There is an initial $25.00 cooler bag deposit and you agree that if you do not return the cooler bags and ice packs by the end of the delivery week, you will be automatically charged $25.00 per unreturned cooler bag and ice pack.
