10 min from the beach The accommodation is just a 2 min walk from the training camp and 10 min in a taxi from the beach.

There are plenty of nice little restaurants in the area, spas and plenty going on.

Each stunning villa is furnished with an air-conditioned bedroom ,hot water shower, storage pantry, refrigerator, cable TV, wireless internet connection, safety box, coffee & tea making facilities and a private balcony.

There are 2 big outside swimming pools and all villas have direct access to the swimming pools.

athlete HQ ACCOMMODATION If your budget does not stretch to the luxury accommodation, don’t worry.

You will still be spoiled at our athlete HQ. Next to the training camp. Smaller and less luxurious than the luxury options they still have everything you need. Recently refurbished the athlete HQ resort offers plenty of facilitys.

There are 2 class of rooms available: Our boutique villas & deluxe boutique villas.

It is possible to share with a friend on twin share basis in our deluxe boutique villas.

Tucked away on a small picturesque road, our boutique hotel offers stylish accommodation equipped with modern amenities including complimentary high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi Internet.

A relaxing cool swiming pool awaits after a hard days training. The central location is excellent for exploring the island with fantastic beaches, viewpoints, boating, shopping, temples and much more all within a 20 minute drive.

Training AND facilities

6 days a week training sessions: Training sessions are Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 19:00. Visit the beaches and chill on Sunday.

We have Yoga, body 360, cross training, two gyms, a military style assault course training, running and beach training sessions. With some of the best personal trainers, facilities and techniques nothing will stop you.

All levels are welcome!

Excursions Despite the fact that you are there to train, you will not forget that you are on holiday.

There’s plenty of excursions going on, and things to see in and around Phuket. On some days we will take our training to the beach, or take part in fitness activities in and around Phuket.

When you are not training there is plenty to see and do, including visiting temples, beaches shopping in markets and soaking up the local culture.

Nutrition advice

What you put into your body is of huge significance when Training. Not just for weight loss, but also for muscle mass gain. During the programme you will be mentored on your diet and you can take the appropriate steps to help complement your training goals. We do not include food on this program, because there are loads of restaurants located close to the camp so mealtimes are quite social events. But we do have an on site restaurant, that specialises in creating healthy tailored nutritious food for our guests.

We suggest you budget about ÂŁ10 per day to cover your meals.

PERSONALISED ATTENTION:

As well as all of the group training sessions, we also include one personal training session per week with one of our highly qualified fitness instructors.

These sessions are perfect to keep you on track, give you an opportunity to focus your fitness goals and get the most from your time at the camp.

Whilst one personal fitness session per week is enough for most clients, you are also at liberty to book extra sessions locally.

How long...

The majority of guests come for four weeks, and they can achieve some impressive results.

Due to time constraints some people just come for one or two weeks, this is a good opportunity to learn more about maintaining your fitness levels and give you a head start for when you’re back home. It’s also quite a nice way to combine holiday to Thailand, with feeling healthier and fitter when you return.

If you really want results though. We recommend going long-term. From 6 to 12 weeks you can genuinely have a life changing Fitness transformation.
