Business Rates Consultancy

To help you reduce your operational costs, we focus on three things:

• Check: ascertain if the asset information held on the VOA’s* database, is correct (eg floor areas)

• Challenge: if the information and therefore the Rateable Value is wrong, we will challenge the VOA on your behalf

• Appeal: if a resolution with the VOA cannot be reached, we can appeal to the Valuation Tribunal –and submit an accurate, cogent and well evidenced case.
