Chuck’s Backyard at Back Street

Salisbury, MD

As we kick-off summer, what a better way to celebrate than with the grand opening of Chuck’s Backyard at Back Street. Our team worked with the owners to completely renovate and reimagine the former single-family residence into an outdoor beer garden and dining area. The project included full exterior upgrades with a new covered patio, firepits, an ADA accessible ramp, as well as a salvaged material indoor bar and a new outdoor walk-up service bar. We were so excited to bring their vision to life to make this restaurant a new mustsee dining destination and event venue to Salisbury.

Key West Cottages

Chincoteague, Virginia

Last month, we celebrated the ribbon cutting and grand opening of Key West Cottages on the Chincoteague Bay. These new luxury cottages features soft pastels to create a Key West ambiance and beach getaway. Our team provided the architectural design for the cottages that offer four different floor plans that include a full kitchen and 1-2 bedrooms options. We can’t for guests to enjoy the beautiul waterfront views and amenties these cottages offer all summer long.

State Hill Craft Cocktails & Kitchen

Wyomissing, PA

We recently celebrated the grand opening of State Hill Craft Cocktails & Kitchen. Fisher Architecture worked with the owners to transform and renovate the old Tino’s Pizzeria and Bar into an elegant, upscale cocktail bar and restaurant. Our team provided full architectual and interior design and created an open-concept floor plan that added additional seating and room for daily entertainment.

Taylor’s BBQ

Salisbury, MD

After over 25 years of business on the Eastern Shore, we congratulate Taylor’s BBQ on the grand opening of their new location located close to Salisbury University. The existing 3,200 SF building underwent renovations including minor demolition of the interior and exterior of the building to better fit their needs. The new restaurant included a new bar and outdoor seating area and a fenced in grass area for games and entertainment. Fisher Architecture assisted with a new design facade of the exterior, as well as construction documents for the existing builiding.

EVO Happy Hour

Our team recently enjoyed a fun night out for Happy Hour at Evolution Brewing Company to welcome two of our newest team members, Matt Sandt and Katelyn Nagler. We love the chance to get outside the office for some time to get to know our employees for team bonding!

Miller Residence Tour & Presentation

Two of our architectural designers, Lauren Sterner and Amanda Harrer attended the Miller Residence Tour Presentation in Annapolis, MD. Architect David Miles, AIA, NCARB and Architectural Designer, Peter Miles provided a tour and presentation of their award winning project. The program hiighlighted the uniqute aspects of the design, and regulatory approval process of the waterfront property. They were given a guided tour by David Miles who gave insight into key design elements construction considerations that led to the successful completion of the project.
