Sponsorship opportunity
Given the success of the 2019 and 2022 Women in Leadership Forums, we are proud to present the event again in 2023. The Forum aims to empower existing female managers and emerging female leaders across the pre-hospital and emergency ambulance sector.
Whilst the Women in Leadership Forum previously ran as part of CAA Congress, the forum will form part of a standalone event in 2023 due to the exceptional demand and positive attention the day has attracted in recent years.

Attendees can expect an impactful, dynamic, and uplifting Forum, full of insights, tips, and development training from a range of powerful and sought-after speakers. Part inspiration, part education and part interactivity, attendees will leave with a set of tools, stories, and perspectives to flourish in any leadership role.
The 2023 Women in Leadership Forum provides sponsors with the opportunity to reinforce their commitment and support to equality, within the sector at the inaugural stand-alone event’s launch. We invite you to partner with us for an occasion to help recognise the exceptional women, who meet the challenges and complexities of the emergency services sector with relentless determination and composure.
