CANDLE TIPS:
The beauty of environmentally friendly soy candles is that the ivory color of the wax may change slightly over time, displaying the natural color of the essential oils used in the ingredients.
The soy wax may show slight ripples or pinholes in the design. These unique elements highlight the handcrafted engineering of each candle – made with care and attention to detail. The soy wax may also develop a slight flakey surface over time. This is another telltale sign of an authentic soy candle.
Candle wax may pull away from the glass, giving it a bubbled or wet appearance. This effect is called “shrinkage” and is a natural characteristic of candles.
MINDFUL CANDLE BURNING TIPS:
• Please keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Never leave burning candles unattended.
• Keep wax free of matches, wick trimming, and other flammable materials and products.
• Keep wick centered and trimmed 1/4" to prevent smoking, mushrooming, and soot.
• Burn only on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Burn candle no more than four hours at a time.
• Keep candle out of drafts and away from fans and central air vents.
• Discontinue when there is only 1/2” of wax remaining at the bottom of the candle vessel.
