



FDAC offers two categories of sponsorships. Our annual partnership sponsorships or event sponsorships. In addition, we also offer tabletop booths for sale at our two annual events each year.
What is an Annual Sponsorship?
FDAC truly values its sponsors and wants to ensure your company is finding ways to gain exposure and keep in touch with current and prospective clients all year round. FDAC Annual Sponsorships cover a year’s worth of advertising, publications, and interactive events. When you register as an Annual Sponsor, your company and FDAC work hand-in-hand for the entirety of your sponsorship year January 1 – December 31 (this may depend on when sponsorship begins).
Chief Sponsor - $30,000
• Includes a premium booth with electricity at both the Annual Conference and the Leadership Symposium
• Company Logo displayed in the conference edition of the FDAC Report, 2025 (spring) and linked to your website
• Company displayed on post-event thank you email for each event held during the sponsorship period

• 50% discount on an event sponsorship item of your choice and priority selection for any of our annual events

Prior to the Keynote Speaker beginning their session, your company can choose to share a 45-second video or speak directly to the entire audience for 5 minutes with your logo on display.
Welcome Tuesday Reception (1 available)
Signage and beverage napkins with your company logo will be provided at the event while you enjoy the evening and greet attendees. Attendees will be able to enjoy the evening with one (1) complimentary drink ticket with your logo printed on it. The event will also include signage for a company branded specialty cocktail.
Sponsored Wednesday Reception (1 available)
Signage and beverage napkins with your company logo will be provided at the event while you enjoy the evening and greet attendees. Attendees will be able to enjoy the evening with one (1) complimentary drink ticket with your logo printed on it. The event will also include signage for a company branded specialty cocktail.
Fire Industry Insight Sponsorship (IWOW) (3 available)
One 60-minute educational session to be presented at either the 2025 Annual Conference or 2025 Leadership Symposium that must be approved by the FDAC Education Committee.
*Must be a 5th or 4th Alarm level sponsor
You Have the Floor Sponsorship (3 available)
Prior to one of the breakout sessions, your company can choose to share a 45-second video advertisement or provide a company representative to speak directly to the audience for 3 minutes. Signage with your company logo will also be on display at the session.
Lunch Sponsor (3 available)
Your logo is displayed on signage and beverage napkins as a contributing sponsor of the Wednesday or Thursday lunch.
Tote Bag (1 available)
Your logo printed on reusable tote bags given to all Annual Conference attendees.
Corn Hole Sponsor (1 available)
Your logo printed on corn hole game that will be displayed at both receptions for the attendees to play.
Wi-Fi (1 available)
The company name will be set up as the password to the conference Wi-Fi and signage on the conference registration desk recognizing you as the Wi-Fi sponsor.
Breakfast Sponsor (3 available)
Your logo is displayed on signage and beverage napkins as a contributing sponsor of the Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday breakfast.
Lanyards (1 available)
Your logo printed on the official conference lanyard and worn by all conference attendees.
Coffee or Dessert Break (4 available)
Your logo displayed on signage and beverage napkins as a contributing sponsor at your choice of a coffee or dessert breaks on Wednesday or Thursday of the Annual Conference.
Choose-Your-Own-Swag (4 available)
Your choice of an item, with your logo, will be placed in the conference tote bag given to all conference attendees. Your company will provide the swag item. Examples include, but are not limited to water bottles, notebooks, and portable chargers.
Hashtag Scavenger Hunt (1 available)
Your company name will be placed in the hashtag and attendees will post photos from the event using the hashtag that link to your company Facebook. Your company representative will announce the winner in the exhibit hall where there will be signage with your logo. Prize value not to exceed $500.
