Firbank has had such a pivotal role in helping me grow as a dancer and as a human. The dance community that has been created, and continues to grow each year, is such a supportive and inspiring place for students amongst all year levels to meet new faces and learn new skills. I am so grateful for all the friends I have made through dance at school, and will forever be grateful for meeting so many students and teachers that have inspired me to continue sharing my love for dance with the world. I am very lucky to have grown not only my dance and performance skills, but my choreographic abilities through my involvement in Dance Night where since year 10 I have had the privilege of creating routines for many different student groups. Dance Night is the highlight of the year for many of us here at Firbank, and we are so excited to share it with you all tonight. I am so proud of each and every person up on that stage for all of the commitment, time and energy that they put into their performance. This is going to be a good one! Sit back and enjoy the show.
