I am a social entrepreneur, an activist who has always been committed to activating change within myself, a writer, poet, dreamer, creator, consciousness and communication coach, and educator. I have been a lifelong seeker of truth and meaning and writing has been the way for me to make sense of things within and without. I am a long time meditator and enjoy plunging inside directly yet I find similar connection to my inner inspirations, feelings and needs through creative expressions such as poetry, pottery, painting, photography and video art. I rejoice in supporting individuals and groups to get in touch with their inner being, meaning, power, to explore the healing effects of art and to discover their unique ways of expression and to identify their most effective and impactful roles in society. I have witnessed, time and time again, in poetry and music sessions that I host, the uniting, cathartic and liberating power of art and the pleasure of connecting with one another to muse and play together and to get lost in the ecstasy of oneness.

PEACE
The sun shines on us equally, The rain showers on us gracefully, The wind blows upon us joyfully, The earth bears our weight patiently, The trees offer their shadows to us all, The grass spreads beneath our feet tall, Nature extends her abundance to all, We all breathe the same air and drink the same water, We all gaze at the same stars together, It is just you and I that should embrace each other, And to recognize oneself in the other! In that blessed moment when we feel as one, We can finally hear the song, The sun, the rain, the wind, the earth, the trees and the grass are singing, All day long … ‘Love… Peace… Harmony… Empathy! Om… Shanti… Shanti… Shanti!’ Beaverton, September 21, 2017
UNITY
How can I locate the nightingale on a mere branch, When its song is vibrating everywhere? How can I limit the rose to its form, When its fragrance has filled the air? How can I limit myself to my body, When I can hold the whole world in my heart? All it takes is closing my eyes, To feel the world’s heart beating in my chest. And to see with the heart’s eyes, My wings have spread from east to west. Where does the rose end when its fragrance flows to all? Where do I end and others start? Are there any others at all? HUMAN HEART
As I dust the books rows and rows, The ageing journal reveals what it holds. A dried jasmine marks a forgotten poem, A broken promise, an abandoned home. I wonder where all our old feelings go? As we move on, following the flow. It can’t be just some words on paper, Must be eternal waves in the energy sphere. How are we going to recycle them? Purify and press to bring out a gem! This knowing emerged and sprouted out, It all can happen in a human heart! East Gwillimbury - July 14, 2017
MANDALA
Inside the pyramid wrapped in the dark, We circle around the beam of light. The mandala’s lines reveal and glow, As above, so below! As if received by our beings and beyond, The secret decodes and the lost is found. Opening our eyes in the ethereal realm, Walking on the earth, dreaming our dream! It’s a beautiful world filled with miracles, The heart is a potent field beyond those muscles! The one being breathes in all particles, Beyond the masks, costumes, life cycles. It’s an endless twirling, twirling, To the eternal Prana’s playing From one body to another, from one life to the other Changing, unfolding, expanding, For ever and ever... Never ending!
