Ladies and Gentlemen: Our team at Trimbuilt Construction has completed thousands of projects in Central Texas, including Multi-Family & Ground Up projects, Restaurants, Medical Offices & Labs, and hundreds of Class-A interior finish-outs for businesses of all professions. Our success is anchored in early involvement with all decision-makers, including owners, architects, and design teams. We understand the importance of working together as a team and working in full support of a project and its budget. Trimbuilt Construction, Inc. is an established builder in Central Texas. ME T H O D O LO GY & AP P ROACH Decades of experience with staying power. Forged in Austin in 1984, Trimbuilt Construction offers decades of experience in the industry. In our 36 years of business, we’ve survived many market turns, demonstrating our agility and resilience through the toughest of times. We’ve worked in a majority of the buildings in Austin and surrounding areas, giving us an institutional knowledge that benefits our clients when it’s most crucial. Care for the property-tenant relationship. Our thorough understanding of property managers and building engineering staff expectations and needs is integral to our success. Understanding these needs is what helps us interact with multi-family building staff effectively. Our attention to the property-tenant relationship gives us the foresight needed to take actions that ensure the project is safe, clean, and clearly defined. Clear, constant communication. We make it a priority to interact with property management and building engineering teams. This communication is integral to making our teams and projects successful. Our tenure in Central Texas provides us with institutional knowledge of fire alarm and sprinkler systems testing, how to comb through building EMS systems, and the best methods for coordinating major activities that help that building engineers maintain the rest of the property during construction.

ME T H O D O LO GY & AP P ROACH Best in the business subcontracting network. Trimbuilt has an extensive network of subcontractors that are eager to participate in our projects. Subcontractors love to work with us because of our long-standing history in Central Texas and because we maintain a healthy level of repeat business, paying our contractors on time, every time. Subcontractors enjoy working with our seasoned superintendents and respect our teams. Our subcontractor relationships give us a competitive edge in hiring the most qualified and appropriate talent for each project. Workload responsiveness. We focus on employing teams that have the proper bandwidth to take on each project. Surprisingly, we have seen this overlooked on some of our competitors’ job sites. Communicating daily with our subcontractor network gives us insight into whom will be best equipped to staff a project. It’s an integral part of our subcontractor qualification process. In-house finishing details. We self-perform drywall, doors, frames, hardware, and all ceiling work. In-house work is a considerable advantage in maintaining the proposed construction schedule. We have complete control over the walls and ceilings, which is often where a project gets bottlenecked. Our agility is particularly helpful with tight schedules. Employing in-house carpenters and foremen is of additional benefit when small, last-minute items are needed at the end of a project, right down to the last hanging picture frame. At Trimbuilt, we handle every detail of your project, and we mean it.
