Main function areas: main gate, entrance, lobby, open-space working area, skygarden, conference and meeting area, training area, cisco, BOD office.

Support function areas: bar canteen and restaurant, kindergarten, mom-room, common spaces, guest-house.

FPT F-VILLE2 PROJECT

The building has a pentagonal plan and an inner court-yard. There are four entries located on the different facades, respectively west/north/east-gate and a sky-garden at 4F that is accessible directly from the basement.

These entrances are repeated alternately in the upper floors as sky-gardens, recreating a rhythm of shadow and light on the facades.

The open space office is divided longitudinally into 3 zones by the walk way, in the central part there are patios with vegetation to make the most bright and pleasant interior, pantries with a small cooking area, relaxing area and co-working space.

HANOI: PAST PRESENT FUTURE CONCEPT

The theme of tender was Hanoi in the past, the present & the future.

The work started with a detailed study of all the elements representing the city.

Taking into account 12 specific elements of Hanoi, interior designers have begun trying to characterize each area with one of these details, this has led to the study of colors, texture and factors around the city.

HANOI: PAST - PRESENT - FUTURE CONCEPT _ colors

Observing closer the elements that characterize the city help us realize the definition & meaning of the colors to be used in the project. As you can see, most of the colors considered are in a warm tint, for example the yellow and red flag, conical hat (non la), the warm yellow of administrative buildings, the red of The Huc bridge in Hoan Kiem lake or the rusty color of Long Bien bridge. For the cold colors, the natural elements of water and rice fields were chosen.

MEETING ROOM SYSTEM: “THE LAKES�

As a system for identifying standard meeting rooms for each floor of the building, it is conceived a common element at all times in Hanoi, these are the lakes. Bringing this theme in the design, the floor of these rooms were styled with glass-covered concrete steps, that will make people feel like to be on a lake. The floor shape in each room is different, relates to different lake shapes around the city.

LANDSCAPE AND COURTYARD : FRACTAL GEOMETRY

The concept of landscape refers to fractal geometry. Besides the main axes of main entrances, we draw other 2 lines to create a design pattern. Applying the regulation of fractal, the pattern is repeated, rotated, and scaled to obtain a grid which we base to design exterior elements. axes of entrance [3] [4]

Moreover, under the concept of Hanoi, we put a traditional mean of Hanoi in the old days at each corners of skygardens so that people can feel like they are experiencing Hanoi in the past.
