ignature Exteriors has been serving Saskatoon and area homeowners since 2000. Based in Martensville, they have eight full time employees working year-round. Their main area of expertise is exterior home renovations, and this past year they have expanded into premium vinyl fencing sales and installation, doing everything pertaining to the exterior envelope of the home.
The Crew Owner Brian Pierce has 22 years of construction experience including fencing, decks and home renovations. Proud of his staff and the work that they do, Brian notes, “Our foreman, Brinn Rudoski, has been with us for 14 years.

Brian knows that his company’s reputation is based on the customers’ experiences with their staff and the quality of their work. “We concentrate on one customer at a time,” Brian explains. “Once we start a job, we stay until it is done.”

When an estimate is accepted, a deposit is paid, and the booked customer’s job is placed into Signature Exteriors’ planning calendar. The customer is told a date, and that will be the date the job is done, unless bad weather interferes. “We

The knowledge the Signature Exteriors staff has about premium vinyl fencing is evident. Sales manager Maurice Boutin talks of a zero-maintenance, lifetime fence. Other than rinsing it off once or twice a year, there really is no follow up work. It always looks clean and crisp. “Our summers are too short to be out there power washing and staining every three years,” Maurice jokes, referring to the maintenance work required with wood fencing.
