Resident Highlight: Ron Kasprzak Born and raised in Milwaukee, Ron Kasprzak received his educa琀on from Washington High. His mother worked as a 昀oor lady at Reliable Kni ng while his father was a baker and purchasing agent. As for Ron, his career led him to Western Metal, where he worked for 19 years as a plant manager. A昀er 41 years, they closed, and Ron went on to work for Atlas Metal Parts, where he also worked as a plant manager as well as a process engineer. In 琀me, he found love in an unexpected way! His buddy and his cousin, friends to his future bride, Pat, set them up on a blind date to the movies and dinner. Then, on May 8th, 1965, they married, and eventually had two boys. The family enjoyed going on road trips together out west. The Dakotas, Colorado, the Deadwood, you name it, but his favorite a琀rac琀ons were the casinos…making his trip to Deadwood his favorite vaca琀on ever. He has even won several 琀mes!-Lady Luck seems to 昀nd him best at the slots and blackjack tables. How-

ever, his greatest victories sprouted from some games of video poker in the forms of a 4-of-a-kind and even a royal 昀ush! From both of these he

would rake in some impressive winnings. Other hobbies he has come to enjoy have included gardening the 2 ½ acres shared with Pat as well as an interest in cars. Ron has been the proud owner of a ’73 and a ’78 Corve琀e, one black one orange, and recalls the fun he had taking them out on vaca琀ons. Ron Kasprzak was introduced to Tudor Oaks by his wife Pat and their son, and this Christmas will make his 3rd year celebrated here!
