Storytellers’ Studio Join us Wednesday mornings at 10:00 A.M. in the PDR to share stories, memories, and insights. Participate as a writer, oral storyteller, or just sit back and listen.

Storytellers’ Studio is sometimes funny, sometimes inspiring, but always thought provoking. One participant recently said, “I wonder how many times we laugh in here every week?” You are guaranteed to enjoy this group!

Carmelia’s Corner: Health and Wellness News Meditation & Mindfulness The positive impact that meditation and mindfulness have on body, mind, and spirit is all the talk lately. Join us to learn several techniques for building your own meditation practice and mindful habits. You’ll leave with an idea of different meditation styles, a list of resources, and practical tips for living a more mindful life. Sessions will be held in the OWT. (Replacing Chair Yoga every fourth Thursday of the month.)
