SELLER INSIGHT

We purchased HSL 10years ago as a family home for us to enjoy as a place to gather from our very geographically spread jobs and lives. As we as owners contemplate retirement and our children are now settled, we find ourselves desiring to be nearer the grandchildren. Hence the decision to sell our beloved home, which has been an oasis for all the family. In the morning, we loved nothing better than waiting for the sun to rise, sitting on a bench, coffee in hand. On a beautiful Summer’s afternoon there is no place on earth we would rather be than enjoying tea in the garden with the wonderful views towards the sea. In the evening, we would sit on the balcony with a glass of wine amazed afresh at the stars and the twinkle of lights from Appledore and Instow on the horizon.*
