Easy access to town and the countryside for walks, views, mountain biking and equestrian fun. Children are well supported with a local leisure centre and active rugby, hockey, football and tennis clubs. There are always arts and cultural events and festivals, lots of restaurants and Marlborough even has its own cinema.

How easy is it to commute from here?

Very good transport links by train from Swindon, Bedwyn, Hungerford and Pewsey all within a short drive of Marlborough. Motorway network (M4) is 10 mins away.

The Marlborough Downs, Savernake Forest, West Woods and many other beauty spots are within easy reach. For transport, the M4 is easily accessible as is the A34.
