Within this edition...

Welcome To the new look edition of the Fine & Country Derbyshire & Staffordshire Collection magazine. We are really pleased at Fine & Country Derbyshire to offer you some welcome relief from the coronavirus with our first edition of the collection magazine for 2020. We fully appreciate many people aren’t looking to move home right now with more pressing matters at hand, but we hope our selection of stunning homes mixed with some lifestyle articles may help take you mind off things for a short time.

04 Properties The finest homes available in Derbyshire and Staffordshire via Fine & Country.

To summarise the market, there had been a really positive start to 2020, with a general uplift in all areas of business following the general election late last year and the final initial stages of Brexit passing through Parliament. This has given clarity to the market and therefore, we expected to see a buoyant spring market. Clearly coronavirus has limited this but we know when lockdown is over, the buyers will soon be returning. When it comes to supply and demand, we can clearly see that the market was improving from the position of 2019 with 43% of Derbyshire homes currently being under offer. We are still able to offer remote valuations and virtual viewings and many of the homes you see featured in the magazine have professional videos attached to them. If you would like any help in gaining an insight into what your home is currently worth, or you are looking for an individual home within the county, then please do get in touch with us. In other news, Fine & Country Derbyshire are delighted to announce our recent success at the Fine & Country International Conference held in Westminster in February. The conference was a wonderful day with lots of insight into how Fine & Country see the market performing and lots of new ideas for promoting our homes were discussed. To top the day off, there was an award ceremony recognising the best performers within the group of over 300 offices around the world, hosted by Lord Sebastian Coe.

13 Yes Chief! A feature on Sat Bains amazing cookbook: Too Many Chiefs Only One Indian.

Fine & Country Derbyshire won the prestigious award for being the best in the Network for the Marketing and Exposure category and you can see below the delighted team collecting their award on stage. We hope you enjoy the content within this edition and we look forward to updating you with our summer edition later this year.

30 Force of Nature Discover the twin-turbo V8 engine of the Maserati Levante Trofeo.
